< Go Back Cecchetti Scholars and Associates We are delighted to report that as one Cecchetti Scholar retired (Priya Roberts), another pupil of the school has been accepted! Jaden Clidaras, who joined us from South Africa in February, has really hit the ground running, with a Distinction for her Intermediate Foundation exam in April, a successful audition for the Cecchetti Scholars, a week at Cecchetti Summer School and competing in the Cecchetti Classical Ballet Awards this November. In recognition of this and bearing in mind the cost of this level of participation, Jaden was awarded the Mary Jane Duckworth Bursary 2017 and was presented with this by Mrs Duckworth herself at our show this summer.
Five of our Cecchetti Associates maintained their places and continue to attend classes once a month in London. They are: Rosie Drewett, Misaki MacDougall, Tabitha Hardy, Annika Moller-Green and Megan Swales. Congratulations ladies!
